Boiler Water Trearment
The trace mineral and metal impurities in boiler feed water tend to form deposits in the boiler. The presence of dissolved oxygen even at a lower level after de-aeration can lead to pitting corrosion in the boiler. The carbonate alkalinity decomposes to free carbon dioxide in the boiler and can lead to formation of carbonic acid in the condensate, which tends to reduce the pH and cause corrosion in the condensate return lines. Neelam Aqua offers a complete range to prevent these problems.

  • Scale softening additives - Carbonate and Phosphate based.
  • Oxygen scavengers - Sulphite, Hydrazine Hydrate, Carbahydrazide and DEHA based.
  • Sludge conditioners - for calcium carbonate, calcium phosphates and metal oxides.
  • pH boosters - for DM Water and Boiler Feed and Drum Water.
  • Neutralizing and Filming Amines - for Condensate Return line protection.
  • Chlorine dioxide Generators – Single Pump and Three Pump method.
  • Scale and Corrosion Inhibitors for closed system.
  • Resin Defoulants.
